Thanks for the Article. Yes, wholesaling is the way to go in a declining market. It was easy to make money when market was shooting through the roof. Even if a new investor overpaid, by the time they were done with a rehab they turned profit. Not anymore. If investor doesn't buy right (significant discount) the time will eat up all the profit and will leave them owing money, and no one wants to pay to work, we all like to get paid, and get paid well.
