We are concentrating on local houses because my nurse husband is working 10-12 hour days on that for probably another year. I have been making a list but of individuial buyers so investors such as you write about is great. We have your program. Great resource! With yours and Dave Lindahl’s we finally have real usable information. And believe me, we have tried them all over the years. Thank you and God bless you!
