Countrywide did nothing for me to keep my home they in fact denied me even after I told them I could loose my home soon. And I have 7 year old to keep a roof over.

Jeff, I am following you, but still learning twitter, and have not set up my profile yet. Could not figure out how to respond to your twitter!

I have two duplexes in Indy, and managed to wholesale a third duplex.

Right now, I feel “stuck” with the duplexes, I have several options, and need to evaluate the pay off of the various routes.

Will keep following you, and will also figure out Facebook and Twitter over the next month.

You hit it right on the head. The importance of wholesaling and wholesalers is one that is often overlooked. Not only do wholesalers improve neighborhoods a house at a time but we also improve other investors bottom lines, while doing the same for ourselves.

Great job on the article and keep the great content coming. btw, thanks for the 2 killer wholesaling tips in Vegas last weekend. It sure was great to meet you bro.

We are concentrating on local houses because my nurse husband is working 10-12 hour days on that for probably another year. I have been making a list but of individuial buyers so investors such as you write about is great. We have your program. Great resource!
